Users retain ownership of their content posted on the Platform but grant Ensō a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content for promotional purposes.

In the event of disputes between users of the Platform, we aim to reach a peaceful resolution through mediation.
For any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
