Frequently Asked Questions

Find quick answers to common questions

Account

Currently, you need to create two separate accounts with different email addresses. Log in with one email to access your Studio Owner dashboard, and log in/out to use your Facilitator account. You'll manage both roles separately. In the future, ENSŌ may support connecting both roles to a single account with a role switcher.

Go to your Profile settings. You can update your email there. You may need to verify the new email address before it becomes active.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.

Sessions

An Offering is your session template with the title, description, and pricing. A Timeslot is a specific scheduled instance of that offering on a particular date and time.

Cancel the specific Timeslot, not the Offering. This only affects that one scheduled instance. Guests booked for that timeslot will be notified.

Yes. While the Offering has a default price, you can override the price when creating or editing a specific Timeslot.

When creating a Timeslot, select "Online" or "Hybrid" as the attendance mode. Add your video meeting URL and any join instructions. These details are only shared with guests after they book.

Locations

Yes. As a Studio Owner, you can create multiple Locations, each with its own address and rooms.

Use the Override feature on the room edit page. Add a date-specific override with type "Block" to mark the room as unavailable for that date.

Overrides always take precedence. If you have regular availability on Tuesday but add a Block override for a specific Tuesday, the room will be unavailable on that date.

Pricing

Go to Dashboard, then Pricing. Click "Add subscription" and configure the name, price, and which sessions are included.

Class packs are prepaid bundles of session credits. Guests buy a pack and use credits to book sessions. Credits can have an expiration date.

A small percentage is deducted from each transaction. You can see the exact breakdown in your Analytics page showing gross revenue, fees, and net earnings.

Public Page

Go to Profile settings and enable public visibility. Also ensure your Offerings are set to "Public" visibility to appear on your page.

Your public page is at /partner/your-slug. You can find your exact URL in Profile settings or by clicking the QR button on your public page.

Visit your public page and click the QR button in the header. A modal will open with your QR code and a download button.

Analytics

Go to Analytics and select the month you want to export. Use the PDF or CSV download buttons to get your report.

Net revenue is the amount you receive after platform fees are deducted. It is calculated as gross revenue minus the platform fee.

If you offer hybrid or online sessions, Analytics breaks down your revenue by attendance mode. This helps you understand which format performs better.

Messaging

You can message guests who have booked your sessions. The messaging system is booking-context based to ensure relevant communication.

Go to the specific Timeslot in your schedule and use the "Message guests" option to send a message to everyone booked for that session.

Technical

Check that your file is a supported format (JPG, PNG, WebP) and under the size limit. Try a different browser or clear your cache if the issue persists.

Make sure you have selected a valid date in the date field. The date is required for all overrides. Also ensure the room has been saved before adding overrides.

Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. Some changes may take a moment to propagate. Ensure your profile and offerings are set to public visibility.
