Guest database
Your guest database shows everyone who has booked with you. Access it at Dashboard → Guests.
What you can see per guest
- Total visits and total spend
- Booking history: All past and upcoming sessions
- Pack balances: Remaining credits on class packs
- Subscriptions: Active memberships and sessions used
- Tags: Custom labels you assign for organization
- Notes: Private notes only visible to you
Participation path
ENSŌ automatically tracks each guest's participation phase based on their behavior:
- Discovery: First contact, exploring your offerings
- Orientation: First few visits, getting familiar
- Rhythm: Regular attendance, finding their pace
- Deepening: Committed, frequent participation
- Pause: Has not visited recently
Phases update automatically. You can also set a manual override if you know a guest's situation better.
Suggested actions
Based on a guest's phase, ENSŌ may suggest an action such as sending a follow-up message or offering a class pack. These are always optional and never automated.
Tags
Create custom tags to organize your guests (e.g., "Beginner", "VIP", "Prenatal"). Tags help you filter your guest list and send targeted communications.
