Welcome to Ensō! By using our website, mobile apps, and other services offered by Ensō (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to these General Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
a. Registration
To use the Platform, you must become a registered user and create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
b. Verification
We may conduct identity and/or background checks on registered users. By using the Platform, you agree to such checks.
c. Code of Conduct
Users of the Platform are required to adhere to our code of conduct, which includes respecting other users and complying with local laws and regulations.
d. Consent for Subletting
Consent for Subletting / Use of Space. If you list, rent out, or make a Location/Room/Space available to third parties (including Facilitators and Guests), you confirm that you have obtained all required permissions and consents from the property owner, landlord, or any other relevant party to do so (including where your lease or building rules restrict subletting or third-party use).
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use, listing, and rental of the Location/Room/Space complies with your lease, house rules, and applicable law. ENSŌ does not verify whether you have such consent and is not liable for any claims, penalties, or damages arising from missing or insufficient permission.
a. Booking Process
Users can make bookings for studios and spaces for yoga, pilates, movement, sports, meditation and wellbeing practices via the Platform. By making a booking, you agree to the payment terms and cancellation policy as stated in the listing.
b. Payments
Payments for bookings are processed through our payment platform. By making a payment, you agree to our payment terms and our privacy policy.
a. Liability
Ensō is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the services offered. Users are responsible for obtaining their own insurance coverage for such cases.
b. Insurance
Users are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their activities on the Platform.
a. Platform Content
All content published on the Platform, such as text, images, and videos, is the property of Ensō or our licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this content without permission.
b. User Content
Users retain ownership of their content posted on the Platform but grant Ensō a worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content for promotional purposes.
a. Mediation
In the event of disputes between users of the Platform, we aim to reach a peaceful resolution through mediation.
b. Jurisdiction
For any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation, users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
