Point of Sale (POS)

What is POS?

The Point of Sale system lets you sell products, class packs, subscriptions, and custom items directly to guests. Use it at the front desk, during events, or anywhere you meet your clients in person.

How to access POS

  1. Go to Dashboard → POS
  2. Click New Sale to start
  3. Optionally select a location and guest

You can also start a sale directly from a guest profile page using the New POS Sale button.

What you can sell

  • Class packs: Sell existing packs from your pricing setup
  • Subscriptions: Sign guests up for recurring memberships
  • Products: Sell physical items like mats, water bottles, or merchandise
  • Custom items: Create a one-off line item with a custom name and price

Payment options

POS supports multiple payment methods:

  • Cash: Mark as paid in cash
  • iDEAL / Stripe: Send a payment link to the guest for online payment
  • PIN / Card: Record a card payment

VAT support

If you have VAT enabled in your settings, POS automatically calculates VAT for each line item. You can set items to low or high VAT rate, and the receipt shows a complete VAT breakdown.

Receipts

After completing a sale, a receipt is generated automatically. You can view it any time from the POS dashboard under recent sales.

Linking sales to guests

When you link a sale to a guest, the amount is tracked in their spending history. You can see total spend per guest in their profile.
