Course outline — 5 weeks

The Big Unwind

This first week is focused on helping the body feel safe again. We begin by slowing down the nervous system, softening physical tension and creating more space to breathe, rest and recover. Through restorative movement, grounding practices and deep rest, your system is gently guided out of survival mode and back into regulation.

The Subconscious Shift

This week is focused on calming the busy mind and creating more mental space. Through deep rest, breath and guided nervous system regulation, the body and brain slowly begin to shift out of constant alertness. You may notice clearer thinking, deeper sleep, emotional release or moments of unexpected stillness. There is nothing you need to force. The nervous system changes through repetition, safety and rest.

The Release

This week is focused on releasing deeper layers of stored tension and emotional overload. As the nervous system begins to feel safer, the body often starts letting go of what it has been holding onto for a long time. This can feel emotional, relieving, uncomfortable or unexpectedly light. Through stillness, breath, sound and guided rest, we create space for the body to release without force. You do not have to understand everything in order for healing to happen.

The Integration

This final week is focused on creating resilience, balance and a deeper sense of connection with yourself. By now, the nervous system has experienced moments of slowing down, releasing and softening. This week is about learning how to carry more of that feeling into daily life. Through rest, awareness and gentle repetition, we begin building a stronger foundation of inner safety and regulation. Not perfection. Not constant calm. But a body that feels a little more supported, grounded and able to return to itself more easily. The goal is not to escape life, but to move through it with more space, clarity and ease.
