Next Saturday I’ll be offering my very first Nada Yoga Inspired Sound Journey in Amsterdam. Nada Yoga, often called the yoga of sound, uses breath, vibration, listening, silence and the voice as a pathway towards relaxation, presence and deeper awareness. There is no need to sing or have any musical experience. Simply listening is already enough. Together we will explore gentle practices that help calm the nervous system and invite you out of the mind and back into the body. Afterwards, you’ll be invited to lie down and receive a live intuitive sound journey. Using my voice, different vocal textures and layers of sound, I create a space for deep rest, inner exploration and connection. ✨ Donation based ✨ First time in Amsterdam ✨ No experience needed

Practical information

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats, blankets and cushions are available at the venue. Feel free to bring any additional items that help you feel comfortable. Please arrive on time so we can begin together in a calm and grounded atmosphere. No previous experience with yoga, meditation or singing is required. Everyone is welcome.
