Three Sundays to explore your YinYang balance within, 13.00– 15.:00 Fire and Water are the two great regulators of our inner climate. Fire moves upward — warm, expressive, expansive. Water moves downward — cool, receptive, restoring. In our Medical Qigong form it is the art is to bring the Water up and the Fire down, to regulate our inner balance. Between them lies the rhythm of life itself: the dance between action and rest, heat and calm, connection and retreat. Over three Sundays in May, we explore how these energies meet within the body through TQH Medical Qigong — a practice of breath, structure, and mindful movement that restores natural balance. Each session stands on its own yet deepens when practised together. Approximate Schedule 12.45 PM Walk in – Introduction & Meditation – Warmup and Practice static motion – Tea break – Meditation – Lecture based on the input of attendees – Practice Static & Dynamic motion – Q&A and Tea – 15.00 PM Closing + Meditation
