Override errors
If you see an error when adding a date override to a room:
- Ensure you have selected a valid date
- Make sure the room is properly saved first
- The date field is required for all overrides
Booking conflicts
If a booking fails due to conflicts:
- Check that the room is available at that time
- Look for overlapping bookings or sessions
- Verify the room capacity has not been exceeded
Payment issues
If payments are not processing:
- Ensure your Stripe account is connected
- Check that pricing is properly configured
- Verify the guest's payment method is valid
Access denied errors
If you see "Access denied" or "Permission" errors:
- Confirm you are logged into the correct account
- Check that you have the right role (Studio Owner vs Facilitator)
- Some resources can only be edited by their owner
