Common errors

Override errors

If you see an error when adding a date override to a room:

  • Ensure you have selected a valid date
  • Make sure the room is properly saved first
  • The date field is required for all overrides

Booking conflicts

If a booking fails due to conflicts:

  • Check that the room is available at that time
  • Look for overlapping bookings or sessions
  • Verify the room capacity has not been exceeded

Payment issues

If payments are not processing:

  • Ensure your Stripe account is connected
  • Check that pricing is properly configured
  • Verify the guest's payment method is valid

Access denied errors

If you see "Access denied" or "Permission" errors:

  • Confirm you are logged into the correct account
  • Check that you have the right role (Studio Owner vs Facilitator)
  • Some resources can only be edited by their owner
