Importing guests via CSV

Why import guests?

If you are migrating from another system or have an existing client list, you can import them all at once via CSV file. Imported guests will receive a welcome email with login instructions.

Preparing your CSV file

Your CSV file should have columns for:

  • Name (required): The guest's full name
  • Email (required): The guest's email address
  • Phone (optional): Contact phone number

How to import

  1. Go to Guest Database in your dashboard
  2. Click "Import CSV"
  3. Upload your CSV file
  4. Map the columns to the correct fields
  5. Choose whether to send welcome emails
  6. Start the import

What happens next

Each imported guest will:

  • Get an account created with their email
  • Receive a welcome email (if enabled) with a link to set their password
  • Appear in your Guest Database for future bookings

Tips

  • Check for duplicate emails before importing
  • Test with a small batch first
  • Existing accounts with matching emails will not be overwritten
