Fee structure
ENSŌ fees depend on your plan and how bookings come in:
Packs and subscriptions
- Pro plan (FA Pro, SO Solo Pro, SO Pro): 0% platform fee
- Basic / Listing plan: 2.5% platform fee, capped at €250 per month
Room rentals
- Own channel (bookings from your website or direct links): 5%
- Marketplace (bookings through ENSŌ Explore): 10%
How fees are collected
Fees are automatically deducted from each transaction before the payout reaches your bank account. You always see the full breakdown (gross amount, fee, and net earnings) in your Analytics.
Monthly cap
For Basic/Listing plans, the 2.5% fee is capped at €250 per month. Once you reach the cap, no additional fees are charged for the rest of that month.
Stripe processing fees
In addition to ENSŌ platform fees, Stripe charges its own payment processing fees. These are standard rates set by Stripe and apply to all online transactions.
