Setting up Stripe

What is Stripe?

Stripe is the payment provider that ENSŌ uses to securely process all payments. When a guest books one of your sessions, the payment goes through Stripe and is deposited directly into your bank account.

Your bank details are stored securely by Stripe and are never shared with ENSŌ.

How to connect

  1. Go to your Stripe Dashboard
  2. Click Connect Bank Account to start the setup
  3. You will be redirected to Stripe to enter your details
  4. Provide your IBAN (bank account number), business info (KvK), and identity verification
  5. Once complete, you will be redirected back to ENSŌ

What you need

  • IBAN: Your bank account number (e.g. NL91 ABNA 0417 1643 00)
  • KvK number: Your Chamber of Commerce registration
  • ID verification: Stripe may ask for a photo of your ID

The setup usually takes about 5 minutes.

After connecting

Once connected, payments from guests are automatically deposited into your bank account, usually within 2-7 business days. You can track all payments in your Stripe Dashboard.

Without Stripe

If you have not connected Stripe, guests will not be able to pay for your sessions online. Your listings will still be visible but bookings cannot be completed.
