Subscription & Billing
Last updated: February 2026
This addendum is part of the ENSŌ Terms & Conditions. It explains how subscriptions, billing and trials work on the ENSŌ platform.
1. Plans & Eligibility
1.1 ENSŌ offers subscription plans for Studio Owners and Facilitators. Plan availability and included features are described on the pricing page and the relevant Plan Sheet.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Free Trial
2.1 If a free trial is offered, it starts when you activate your plan and lasts for the period shown at checkout (typically one month).
2.2 Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid subscription at the then-current plan price, billed in advance for each billing period.
2.3 During trial, you have access to all paid features of your selected plan. ENSŌ may limit trial eligibility to one trial per account to prevent abuse.
2.4 If you cancel during your trial, your access continues until the trial period ends. You will not be charged.
3. Billing, Renewals & Payment
3.1 Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until canceled.
3.3 Payments are processed via Stripe. You authorize ENSŌ to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any usage-based charges where applicable.
3.4 Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate and may apply.
4. Cancellation
4.1 You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
4.2 Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (or trial period, if you cancel during trial).
4.3 After cancellation, your plan will not renew. Access to paid features ends at the end of the billing period.
4.4 ENSŌ may retain limited access for account and receipt history, as required by law and accounting rules.
5. Fees & Platform Charges
5.1 Some plans include transaction fees (for example, an ENSŌ platform fee on bookings). Any such fees are described in your Plan Sheet and/or pricing page.
5.2 Fee caps may apply depending on your plan. See your Plan Sheet for details.
6. Upgrades, Downgrades & Plan Changes
6.1 You may upgrade or downgrade your plan from within your account. Changes take effect as indicated at the moment you confirm the change (either immediately or at the next billing period).
6.2 If you downgrade, some features may be removed or limited at the effective date of the downgrade.
7. Failed Payments & Past Due
7.1 If a payment fails, ENSŌ may retry your payment method and/or request an updated method.
7.2 If your account becomes past due, ENSŌ may restrict or suspend paid features until payment is received. A short grace period applies before suspension.
7.3 ENSŌ may continue to provide limited access needed for compliance and recordkeeping.
8. Price Changes & Updates
8.1 ENSŌ may change subscription prices, plan features, or this addendum from time to time. If changes materially affect you, ENSŌ will provide reasonable notice (by email or in-product notice) before the changes take effect.
8.2 By continuing to use ENSŌ after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.
9. Refunds
9.1 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by ENSŌ.
9.2 For more details, see our Cancellations & Refunds page.
