ENSŌ is a platform that supports studios and facilitators with bookings, payments and visibility. ENSŌ does not offer classes, sessions or rentals itself. You remain fully independent and in control of your work.

Your independence

You decide your pricing, policies, schedule and how you work. ENSŌ does not interfere with your client relationships or your content.

How ENSŌ earns money

ENSŌ fees depend on your plan:

Pro plan partners pay 0% platform fee on packs and subscriptions. Basic/Listing plans pay 2.5% (capped at €250/month).

Room rentals: 5% on own-channel bookings, 10% on marketplace bookings.

Standard payment processing fees (Stripe) may apply.

Monthly, flexible plans

All ENSŌ plans are monthly.

You can cancel at any time with one month's notice.

There are no long-term contracts.

Clear agreements

By activating or upgrading a plan, you agree to the ENSŌ Partner Agreement.

This agreement exists to protect clarity, fairness and independence on both sides.

Transparency and trust

ENSŌ believes in clarity over lock-ins.

If ENSŌ changes its terms in a meaningful way, you'll be asked to review and agree again.

If you ever have questions, ENSŌ keeps communication open and human.

ENSŌ Partner Agreement

This ENSŌ Partner Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ensō B.V., operating under the name ENSŌ ("ENSŌ"), and the individual or legal entity accepting this Agreement ("Partner").

By activating an ENSŌ plan or upgrading an existing plan, the Partner agrees to the terms set out below.

1. Role of ENSŌ

ENSŌ operates as a digital platform that facilitates bookings, payments, visibility and administrative tools for wellness professionals and studio owners.

ENSŌ does not provide, host, organise or perform classes, sessions, events, treatments or space rentals. All such services are provided solely by the Partner.

2. Partner Independence

The Partner operates as an independent professional or business. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency or joint venture between ENSŌ and the Partner.

The Partner retains full control over:

  • pricing and offerings
  • schedules and availability
  • client relationships
  • policies and content

3. Fees and Payments

ENSŌ may charge:

  • a monthly subscription fee based on the selected plan
  • a platform fee when bookings are generated through ENSŌ's marketplace

ENSŌ does not charge a platform fee on bookings generated through the Partner's own direct channels, as defined within the platform.

All payments are processed via third-party payment providers. Standard payment processing fees may apply.

Fee structures and caps are defined in the pricing overview available within the ENSŌ platform and may vary by plan.

4. Term and Cancellation

This Agreement is entered into on a monthly basis.

Either party may terminate this Agreement with one month's notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the notice period.

No long-term commitment applies.

5. Agreement Acceptance and Updates

This Agreement is accepted digitally upon plan activation or upgrade. ENSŌ records acceptance timestamps and applicable versions.

If ENSŌ materially updates this Agreement, the Partner will be asked to review and accept the updated version before continuing use of affected services.

6. Liability and Responsibility

The Partner is solely responsible for:

  • the services they offer
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • client safety, insurance and tax obligations

ENSŌ is not liable for the execution or outcome of services offered by the Partner.

7. Data and Platform Use

ENSŌ provides tools for managing bookings and client data. The Partner remains responsible for lawful data handling and communication with clients.

ENSŌ processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
