You will feel relaxed and energized afterwards. Half body - I will massage either your upper or lower body for 30 minutes. If you do not have a full hour, we can just cut it in hafl and concentrate on an specific part of your body. LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE Full body - I begin this massage by loosening the body, before starting with lymphatic drainage for 60 minutes. Face - to get that gorgeous outer glow and support your immune system within 30 minutes, you can go for this face massage version.
