This deeply nourishing candlelit class combines gentle yin yoga postures with the calming touch of Reiki to guide you into a state of rest and regulation. With soft lighting, calming music and subtle aromatherapy, your nervous system is invited to fully unwind and prepare for a peaceful night’s sleep. Expect a warm, peaceful space where you are invited to come home to yourself — just as you are. Reiki-infused yin posture Candlelight to soothe the senses Optional aromatherapy in shavasana (lavender or chamomile)
