Location verification for facilitators

How it works

Before a facilitator can schedule sessions at a studio location, the studio owner must approve them. This protects studio owners from unauthorized use of their spaces.

For facilitators

Requesting verification

1. Go to Session Admin
2. When creating a session or timeslot, you will see all available locations
3. Locations where you are not yet verified show a "Request access" button
4. Click the button and optionally add a message to the studio owner
5. The studio owner receives a notification and email

Verification statuses

• Approved (green checkmark): You can schedule sessions at this location
• Pending: Your request is being reviewed by the studio owner
• Not verified: You need to request access first

Custom locations (your own address) do not require verification.

For studio owners

Managing requests

1. Go to Studio Owner → Verification Requests
2. Review pending requests with the facilitator name and requested location
3. Click Approve or Deny
4. The facilitator receives a notification and email with the result

Why verification matters

Verification gives you control over who teaches at your locations. Only approved facilitators can create sessions and timeslots in your rooms.
