What is a Location?
A Location represents a physical address where you operate. This could be your studio, gym, wellness center, or any other venue. Each location has its own address, contact details, and operating hours.
What is a Room?
A Room is a bookable space within a Location. For example, if your studio has a yoga room and a meditation room, each would be a separate Room under your Location.
The hierarchy
- Studio Owner can have multiple Locations
- Each Location can have multiple Rooms
- Each Room has its own availability settings and can host sessions
Why this matters
This structure allows you to manage multiple venues from one account and gives guests clarity about exactly where their session will take place.
Getting started
- First, create a Location with your address and details
- Then, add Rooms to that Location
- Set availability for each Room
- Create sessions that use those Rooms
