About this session

A floor-based experience designed to shift you from stress to stillness.
Through restorative postures, conscious breath and guided Yoga Nidra, this session brings your nervous system into a parasympathetic state: the deep rest your body often skips, even in sleep.
You will be fully supported with soft props, warmth and silence. This is not a workout, but a full-body permission to let go.

This class supports:

Deep nervous system regulation and mental quieting
Releasing chronic stress and fatigue
Accessing true restorative rest, even when sleep is disrupted

Who it’s for:

People dealing with tension, burnout or sleep issues
Those who find it difficult to switch off mentally
Anyone needing emotional or physical restoration
Beginners welcome; no experience needed
