How to schedule timeslots

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

  • At least one Location with a Room
  • At least one Offering created
  • Room availability set up

Adding a timeslot

  1. Go to Session Admin
  2. Open the Timeslots tab
  3. Click "Add timeslot"
  4. Select the Offering you want to schedule
  5. Choose the date, start time, and room
  6. Optionally assign an instructor
  7. Set the attendance mode (in-person, online, or hybrid)
  8. Save the timeslot

Attendance modes

  • In-person: Guests attend at the physical location
  • Online: Guests join via a video link you provide
  • Hybrid: Guests can choose either option when booking

Online sessions

For online or hybrid sessions, add your video meeting URL and any join instructions. These details are only shared with guests after they complete their booking.
