Visibility statuses explained

Offering visibility

Each Offering has a visibility setting:

  • Public: Visible on your public page and marketplace
  • Hidden: Not visible to guests, but you can still schedule it
  • Archived: Removed from active use, kept for historical records

Timeslot statuses

Each scheduled Timeslot can be:

  • Active: Open for bookings
  • Cancelled: No longer happening, guests are notified
  • Hidden from schedule: Not shown in calendar views

When to use each

Impact on bookings

When you cancel a timeslot, existing bookings are marked as cancelled and guests receive notification emails. Refunds may need to be processed separately depending on your cancellation policy.
