Waitlist

How the waitlist works

When a session reaches full capacity, guests can join a waitlist. If a spot opens up (through a cancellation), the next person on the waitlist is automatically notified.

For guests

1. When a session is full, a "Join waitlist" button appears instead of "Book"
2. Click to join the waitlist
3. If a spot opens, you receive an email notification
4. You then have a limited time to confirm your booking before the spot goes to the next person

For hosts

The waitlist is managed automatically. You do not need to do anything. When a guest cancels:

1. The next person on the waitlist is notified
2. If they do not confirm within the time window, the next person is notified
3. This continues until someone books or the waitlist is empty

Waitlist expiration

Waitlist entries expire automatically when the session starts. Guests who were not promoted receive no further notifications.
